次解第三，受等有二頌，初一頌九門：一、自性，二、因緣，三、見，四、染，五、數取趣，六、轉差別，七、道理，八、寂靜，九、觀察。長行文作二復次釋，初、屬當頌本列其九門，二、次第解。

Next, it explains the third: feeling and so forth has two verses. The first verse has nine gates: first, intrinsic nature; second, causes and conditions; third, views; fourth, defilement; fifth, pudgala; sixth, distinctions in functioning; seventh, principles; eighth, quiescence; ninth, observation. The prose text makes explanations under two alternatives: first, assigning them to the root verse and listing its nine gates; second, explaining them in order.
