一云，二乘無漏亦與無明俱，況有漏善，若依此義福等善業得與無明俱，亦用無明為俱有緣。

One says: The taintless state of the two vehicles also coexists with ignorance, how much more so wholesome [states] with outflows? If according to this meaning, wholesome karma such as meritorious [karma] can coexist with ignorance and also uses ignorance as a coexistent condition.
