二云：善不善業與無明俱故，此文總將無明望行為三緣，別論善惡，惡有三緣善無俱緣，故此論文言總意別。

The second says: Because wholesome and unwholesome karma coexist with ignorance, this text generally takes ignorance with respect to formations as three conditions. When discussing wholesome and unwholesome separately, unwholesome has three conditions while wholesome lacks the coexistent condition; therefore the phrasing of this treatise is general while its meaning is differentiated.
