第十、釋經，此有故彼有等句，初顯無作緣生，唯由有緣果法得有，非緣有實作用能生果法故。

Tenth, in explaining the sūtra's phrases, "This being, that is," and so forth: the first phrase shows conditioned arising without agency, because fruit phenomena exist solely because conditions exist, not because conditions possess actual agency capable of producing fruit phenomena.
