由此欲界下品煩惱一切不行，從此無間證得根本最初靜慮俱行作意，名加行究竟果作意。
Because of this, the lower-grade afflictions of the desire realm do not actively manifest at all. From this, uninterruptedly, one realizes the mental application associated with the fundamental, initial dhyāna; this is called 'the mental application that is the fruit of preparatory culmination'.
