別引五支經釋中，釋初支有十六句，初六句是法說，次十句喻說中，辨彼說靜慮中，離生喜樂喻說，通喻四靜慮相及喻第五。

In the part that individually cites the sūtra of the five factors and explains it, the explanation of the first factor has sixteen phrases: the first six phrases are the doctrinal explanation; in the next ten phrases of figurative explanation, distinguishing the simile of joy and bliss born of seclusion within those explained dhyānas, it universally illustrates the marks of the four dhyānas and illustrates the fifth.
