第二門文為二：初、明三法，依四處生三尋後；因辨內法四種。初中欲貪為因生死增長名邪法種。

The text of the second gate is twofold: first, it clarifies three dharmas, where three investigations arise based on four foundations; after that, it distinguishes four internal dharmas. In the first part, taking craving as the cause for the growth of saṃsāra is called the seed of false phenomena.
