八種可愛生處者，則昔名八福生處。言人卑惡種類等者，除國王已下富貴人等四因緣故。

Regarding "eight kinds of pleasant birthplaces," these were formerly called the eight birthplaces of merit. As for "human beings of low and base castes, etc.," this excludes rich and noble persons from kings downward, on account of four causes and conditions.
