此三解脫至不與一切異生共有者，第十二卷已引成文許異生得，今說勝者故言不共。
Regarding "these three liberations up to ... are not shared with any ordinary beings": the twelfth fascicle has already cited the established text granting that ordinary beings obtain them; here it speaks of the superior ones, which is why it says "not shared."
