Regarding "arisen with similarity, up to already arisen, already equally arisen, whether about to arise or occurring": the Tripiṭaka Master gives two explanations. One says: the past is called "already arisen," the present is called "already equally arisen," and the future is called "whether about to arise or occurring." Another says: the past's having already arisen is called "whether about to arise," and the present's having already equally arisen is also called "whether occurring."
