若具此者名稱讚功德。言已善已說已明者，景師釋云：已善者釋前愛樂，已說者釋前讚誦受持聽聞思惟，已明者釋前純熟修行。

Possessing these is called "praiseworthy virtues." Regarding "already good, already spoken, already clarified": Master Jing explains: "already good" explains the previous liking and joy; "already spoken" explains the previous praising, reciting, upholding, hearing, and contemplating; "already clarified" explains the previous thorough mastery and practice.
