基師云：讀誦受持名已善，聽聞名已說，曾聽聞故堪為他說，思惟純熟名已明。
Master Ji says: Reading, reciting, and upholding is called "already good"; hearing is called "already spoken"—because one has heard it before, one is fit to speak it to others; contemplating to thorough mastery is called "already clarified."
