雋法師云：非義雖十總判為二：一者、本句則前五種；二者、釋句則後五種，後五種句如次釋前五故。
Master Jun says: Although non-meaning has ten kinds, they are broadly divided into two: first, the root clauses, which are the first five kinds; second, the explanatory clauses, which are the latter five kinds, because the latter five clauses explain the former five in order.
