非內、亦非外等頌中至能生雜染者，此中意顯五頌明雜染品依因時分中，初二頌明煩惱業生雜染，下之三頌明依過現諸行能生雜染不依未來而生雜染，初七句意明未來不生雜染，後五句明依過現能生雜染，謂不依未來內根外塵而生雜染，行未生故，於過現世可得生行，故云
