基云：或有手力下是。又有沙門下釋第四頌，今判為三，初釋初頌。云何潤生下釋次二頌，又有沙門下釋第四頌。

Ji says: the passage below 'or there is manual effort' is it. The passage below 'furthermore, there are śramaṇas' explains the fourth verse. Here it is classified into three: first, explaining the initial verse; from 'how does it moisten birth' below, it explains the subsequent two verses; from 'furthermore, there are śramaṇas' below, it explains the fourth verse.
