The commentary on the single verse of the fifteenth section is divided into three: first, explaining the first line. Regarding 'all kinds, causes and conditions, and loci': Jing, Ji, and others say that the ten unwholesome paths of karma are called 'all kinds'; greed, hatred, delusion, and so forth are called 'all causes and conditions'; the objects of karmic action, whether sentient or non-sentient, requisites, and so forth, are called 'all loci'. Tai says: The various bases giving rise to unwholesome actions are called 'all kinds'; causes and conditions are as before; the loci of the five destinies are called 'all loci'.
