於所應行於如所行者，此有二釋：一云，所應行事簡諸惡者不應行事，於如所行者即如餘善丈夫所行如是而行也；一云，於所應行者佛所許處也。

Regarding "toward what ought to be practiced, and in accordance with what is practiced": there are two explanations for this. One says: "The matters that ought to be practiced" excludes the evil things that should not be practiced; "in accordance with what is practiced" means practicing in just such a way as other good persons practice. Another says: "Toward what ought to be practiced" refers to places permitted by the Buddha.
