今此義中，唯依苾芻律儀處說、善能守護等者，何故不說苾芻尼等也，以不能入聖道故，多分成就具戒法者苾芻有故，餘則不然，是以不說。

Regarding "In this meaning, it is spoken of only in reliance on the locus of the bhikṣu's restraint, being well able to guard, etc.": why does it not speak of bhikṣuṇīs and so forth? Because they are unable to enter the noble path, and those who for the most part achieve the qualities of complete discipline are bhikṣus, whereas others are not so; therefore, they are not spoken of.
