6.217

謂於諸少隨少學處者，除四重餘盡名少戒，初受名少戒，後對緣持故名少隨，今犯此少戒及少隨故名少罪。

Regarding "namely, toward minor and subsidiary training precepts": excluding the four grave offenses, all the rest are called minor precepts. That which is initially received is called a minor precept; afterward, holding to it in encountering conditions is called subsidiary; now, transgressing these minor precepts and subsidiary [precepts] is called a minor offense.
