得所未得，觸所未觸等者，此說初中後行也，從戒師所得聞少分學處體性者，謂聞四波羅夷等過。

Regarding "attaining what has not been attained, experiencing what has not been experienced, etc.": this speaks of the initial, middle, and final practices. "From the precept master being able to hear a small portion of the nature of the training precepts" refers to hearing of faults such as the four pārājikas.
