於二百五十學處者，二百五十戒中，合其眾學為一，足餘一百五十有一百五十一，故云過也。

Regarding "toward the two hundred and fifty training precepts": among the two hundred and fifty precepts, combining the precepts of the community of learners (śaikṣa) into one, adding the remaining one hundred and fifty makes one hundred and fifty-one; hence it is said to exceed [this].
