第六於食知量中，初先廣辨；次明略義；後結廣略。廣中有三：初標列五句；次釋；後結。

Sixth, in "knowing moderation in eating": first, it broadly analyzes it; next, it explains the summary; and finally, it concludes the broad and the brief. Within the broad explanation there are three parts: first, listing the five phrases; next, explaining them; and finally, concluding.
