第五釋為暫支持食於所食中，先問，後答。答中有二：一、略解；二、諸有多聞聖弟子眾下，廣釋為暫支持。

In the fifth, explaining "eating what is consumed for temporary sustenance," first a question is raised, and then answered. In the answer there are two parts: 1. a brief explanation; 2. from "All the many learned noble disciples..." onwards, broadly explaining "for temporary sustenance."
