此中下第二廣解第三悎寤瑜伽中，初廣晝日分；次廣初夜分；後廣後夜分。廣晝分中，一、解晝日；二、解經行；三、解宴坐；四、解從順障法淨修其心。

From "Herein..." downwards, the second part broadly explains the third, the yoga of wakefulness: first, it elaborates on the daytime division; next, it elaborates on the initial night division; and finally, it elaborates on the final night division. Within the elaboration of the daytime division: 1. explaining the daytime; 2. explaining walking meditation; 3. explaining sitting in secluded meditation; 4. explaining purifying one's mind from dharmas that conform to hindrances.
