Regarding walking meditation: as for "in width and length commensurate with its measure..." up to "concordant bodily action," Jing says: "It can be about three paces wide and thirty paces long; this is the path for walking meditation." Master Ji also explains: "In the Western Regions, they drink much ghee and milk, which is difficult to digest. A place is arranged, without being too large or too small, either uncovered or sheltered, where one walks back and forth. Intended as a place to walk and digest food, coming and going within it constitutes all concordant bodily actions."
