第二解從順障法淨修其心，於中有二：初由法增上故出離彼障；後由自增上及世增上故出彼障法。前中有三：初、由經行從惛沈睡眠蓋及順障法出；二、由宴坐從餘四障及順四障法出；第三、總結。

Second, explaining the purification of the mind from states that accord with hindrances. Here there are two parts: first, abandoning those hindrances by the power of the Dharma; second, abandoning those hindering states by the power of self and the power of the world. In the former, there are three: first, emerging from the hindrance of torpor and sleep and its concordant states through walking meditation; second, emerging from the remaining four hindrances and their concordant states through sitting meditation; third, a summary.
