又於善品先未趣入乃至如是名為正念而住者，此中意明未成辨名正知，成辨以去名正知而住。

Regarding 'Moreover, not yet having entered into wholesome qualities... up to: this is called dwelling with correct mindfulness', the meaning clarified here is that when not yet accomplished, it is called clear comprehension, and from accomplishment onward, it is called dwelling with clear comprehension.
