攝九為二中，行在二法攝前法門，能攝之法，非前行住，謂住行事名行，非住行名行，住處名住，非前云住，故得攝法也，無妨。

In subsuming the nine under two, the two factors of bodily action and dwelling subsume the preceding Dharma gates. The subsuming factors are not the previous walking and standing: dwelling in the affairs of bodily action is called 'action', not walking; dwelling in a place is called 'dwelling', not the previous standing. Hence they can subsume the phenomena without obstacle.
