解語具圓滿中，明八語，無所依語者，不為規求名利等事發語說法，名無所依語。
In explaining perfection of speech, it clarifies eight kinds of speech. 'Unattached speech' means uttering speech and expounding the Dharma without seeking fame, profit, or similar matters; this is called unattached speech.
