加行障中，眾多疹疾宿食住身是前內障為障，或被蛇蠍等是前外障為障。又不能得衣食等，還是向前內障為障。

Among the obstacles to preliminary practice, numerous illnesses and undigested food remaining in the body are the obstruction by the aforementioned internal obstacles; or being bitten by snakes, scorpions, and the like is the obstruction by the aforementioned external obstacles. Furthermore, being unable to obtain clothing, food, and so forth is again the obstruction by the aforementioned internal obstacles.
