為斷諸纏及隨眠故更應修習對治善法者，略上為斷二惡現起纏及纏隨眠，更應未生已生二對善。

“In order to cut off the entanglements and the dormant tendencies, one should further cultivate the antidote wholesome phenomena”: this summarizes the above, meaning that in order to cut off the active entanglements of the two evils and the dormant tendencies of the entanglements, one should further [cultivate] the two wholesome antidotes, unarisen and already arisen.
