第五解覺支，此復云何者，景云：道品法中，已辨五力，此五力後，復明何法，故云也。今解，前章別言：無漏聖法，當知亦爾，故云：此復云何？謂七覺支乃至故名覺支者，此文即說擇法覺慧，亦覺亦覺支，餘六是覺支非覺，三品相攝。如文，下九十八約輪王七寶喻之，可觀。

Fifth, explaining the factors of awakening: regarding 'How again is this?': Jing says: Among the dharmas of the factors of the path, the five powers have already been explained; after these five powers, what dharmas are explained next? Hence it asks this. The present explanation is: The preceding section specifically stated 'taintless noble phenomena'; one should know it is likewise here. Hence it says, 'How again is this? Namely, the seven factors of awakening' up to 'therefore they are called factors of awakening.' This passage specifically states that the awakening wisdom of investigation of phenomena is both awakening and a factor of awakening, while the remaining six are factors of awakening but not awakening; they are subsumed under three categories. As in the text, below in fascicle ninety-eight they are illustrated by the analogy of the wheel-turning king's seven treasures, which may be examined.
