若心趣入諸所言論至是名正語者，由前二種覺正見力，後起善心，發種種語皆名正語。
Regarding 'if the mind enters into all spoken discourse' up to 'this is called right speech': through the power of the preceding two kinds of awakening and right view, a wholesome mind subsequently arises, and uttering various kinds of speech is in all cases called right speech.
