若心趣入諸所尋思至所有思者，出前正思惟體，且據後智心中正思惟體故云尋思如是相狀。

Regarding 'if the mind enters into all that is reflected upon' up to 'all that is intended': this identifies the substance of the preceding right thought; taking it tentatively based on the substance of right thought within the mind of subsequent knowledge, it therefore says 'reflecting upon such characteristics.'
