辨位中，明依戒修止觀斷結，得羅漢。長時相續修道斷惑，名為修道。率爾智生，即永斷名見道。此文即證一心見道，是究竟說或名為見道。

In explaining the positions: it clarifies that relying on morality, one cultivates calm and insight to sever the fetters and attain the arhat. Continuously cultivating the path over a long time to sever afflictions is called the path of cultivation. When knowledge arises abruptly and severs permanently, it is called the path of seeing. This text precisely proves that the single-mind path of seeing is the definitive teaching, or is termed the path of seeing.
