言業障者乃至能障正道等者，即是五逆業及餘故思造重不善業招三惡趣。又第八有業女人身北洲無想天業，彼業果起障，於聖道不令生起。

Regarding "the obstacle of karma... up to... capable of obstructing the noble path" and so on: this refers to the karma of the five heinous crimes and other heavy unwholesome karma deliberately created that brings about rebirth in the three evil destinies; furthermore, the karma of an eighth rebirth, the body of a woman, the northern continent, and the mindless heaven: the arising of the fruit of that karma obstructs the noble path from being generated.
