於諸如來及聖弟子乃至深生勝解等者，謂於佛及聖弟子難思神力淨土生處，於彼真如甚深法教不可說事深生勝解無有怖畏。

Regarding "towards the Tathāgatas and noble disciples... up to... deeply conceiving resolute faith" and so on: this means deeply conceiving resolute faith without fear toward the inconceivable supernormal powers, pure lands, and rebirth places of the Buddha and noble disciples, and toward the profound teachings of that true suchness and inexpressible matters.
