基云：名想婆羅門者，謂諸世間等者，此中有釋：如剎帝利父母為立假號婆羅門，體是剎利總號婆羅門故。又由想者謂名等想者，謂諸世間等同此想號婆羅門。

Ji says: Regarding 'nominal and conceptual brahmins refer to those in worldly life, and so forth,' there is this explanation: For example, if kṣatriya parents establish for [their child] the conventional designation 'brahmin', because the essence is kṣatriya, it is merely collectively designated as 'brahmin'. Moreover, 'due to concept' refers to the concept of name and so forth, meaning that the worldly people all equally share this conceptual designation of 'brahmin'.
