今此四頌但是中頌，以安立中有其五義，餘有第五修作意門未解，即舉此頌重收前義故名為中。

Here, these four verses are only intermediate verses, because among the five meanings in the establishment, there remains the fifth heading on the cultivation of attention which is not yet explained; thus these verses are introduced to summarize the preceding meanings, and hence they are called intermediate.
