三藏云：但假想觀數十，次九乃至於一，不緣過去九八等體以為逆數。
The Tripiṭaka Master says: 'One merely performs an imaginative contemplation counting ten, next nine, down to one, without taking the actual substance of the past nine, eight, and so forth as reverse counting.'
