第二辨勝進算數中，謂若依以一為一算數，今時或合入出二息為一數至其十，或合一入二出第三入為一數至其十，乃至漸增，總合五十入息五十出息，合一百息為一數至其十。

In the second part, differentiating progressive counting: if relying on counting one as one, at this time one may either combine the two breaths, in and out, as one count up to ten, or combine one in, two out, and the third in as one count up to ten, gradually increasing up to combining a total of fifty in-breaths and fifty out-breaths, so that a total of one hundred breaths makes one count up to ten.
