前中，初問；後答。答中有三：初、明依五相推求觀察；次、如是汝由善取如是厭離想故等已下，結不淨觀趣入念處；後、初修業者，始修業時諸瑜伽師，依不淨觀教誨等結正教行。

In the first part, there is first a question and then an answer. In the answer there are three parts: first, explaining the investigation and observation based on the five marks; next, from 'Thus, by well apprehending such perceptions of revulsion...' downward, concluding with the contemplation of impurity entering the foundations of mindfulness; finally, concluding the correct instruction and practice with 'When a beginner commences his practice, yogins instruct him based on the contemplation of impurity...'
