就其第二唯觀內身六界中，文分為二：初、作勝解觀；二、作真實觀。前中復二：初、明觀水火地風空；後、總結依不淨加行入界差別住修身觀。

In the second part, which solely contemplates the six elements of the internal body, the text is divided into two: first, forming the contemplation of resolute intention; second, forming the contemplation of reality. The former also has two parts: first, clarifying the contemplation of water, fire, earth, wind, and space; afterwards, concluding the entry into the distinction of elements and abiding in cultivating the contemplation of the body based on the preparation of the foul.
