謂彼所有乃至皆有如是性等者，景云：此明上二界有為有漏苦諦之體，遍上界一切生處，愛等集體遍五門種，於三世時皆有如是苦集有法，皆隨如是集諦道理，皆有如是苦諦之性。下明上界滅道可知。

Regarding "all that belong to that ... up to all have such a nature and so forth": Jing says: "This explains that the essence of the conditioned, tainted truth of suffering of the upper two realms pervades all places of birth in the upper realms; the essence of origination such as craving pervades the seeds of the five gates. In the times of the three periods, there are always such existents of suffering and origination, all following such principles of the truth of origination, and all having such a nature of the truth of suffering. Below, the explanation of cessation and path in the upper realms can be known."
