下顯位地，謂上所明十六種行了相作意，猶為欲界聞思聞思間雜，位在五停總別念處。

Below, revealing the stages and levels: it means that the sixteen aspects and the attention of discerning characteristics explained above are still intertwined with hearing and reflection belonging to the desire realm, with their level situated in the fivefold mental stabilization and the general and specific applications of mindfulness.
