彼即於此下，第六解加行究竟，謂從斷欲界修惑乃至非想八無間未盡，是攝樂作意之力，若具縛人修得此定即能永斷一切煩惱，然要由斷非想八品修惑方得此定，得此定時斷修惑盡。

From "He, regarding this..." below: the sixth [section] explains the culmination of application. That is, from severing the afflictions of cultivation in the desire realm up to before exhausting the eight uninterrupted [paths] of neither-conceptualization-nor-non-conceptualization, this is the power of the attention that embraces joy. If a person fully bound cultivates and attains this concentration, he will be able to permanently sever all afflictions; however, one must rely on severing the eight grades of cultivation-abandoned afflictions of neither-conceptualization-nor-non-conceptualization to obtain this concentration. When obtaining this concentration, the afflictions of cultivation are severed completely.
