解種性中，（景云：）三種獨覺皆煩惱輕微名薄塵，於諸有情慈悲劣薄名薄悲，願求獨覺出無師無敵之世名慢行類。

In explaining the gotra, (Jing says:) for all three kinds of pratyekabuddhas, afflictions are slight, so they are called "slight dust"; their kindness and compassion toward sentient beings are weak and slight, so they are called "slight compassion"; wishing to attain solitary awakening in an era without teachers and without peers, they are called "those inclined to pride".
