第三、加行從性種生，義望大菩提為所依止，從習種生義望大菩提為建立因故，能圓滿無上大覺，然彼所依菩提分法能持菩提故，從果為名，所圓滿大菩提持，任無種姓補特伽羅乃至定不堪任圓滿無上正等菩提等者，舉劣類勝也。

Third, preparatory praxis arises from the innate gotra: in meaning it is viewed as the support for great awakening; arising from the acquired gotra, in meaning it is viewed as the establishing cause for great awakening; therefore it can fulfill unexcelled great awakening. However, those dharmas conducive to awakening which are relied upon can support awakening, and therefore, named after the fruit, it is 'the support that fulfills great awakening'. Regarding 'A pudgala without gotra... up to is definitely incapable of fulfilling unexcelled, right and complete awakening...': this adduces the inferior to parallel the superior.
