次明攝眾生戒，景云：言於他種種所應作事者，明同事，於中如法之事，菩薩則同，不如法事，菩薩不同。善能制止已下乃至隨生隨捨，明其利行。

Next, explaining the morality of gathering sentient beings, Jing says: The statement 'regarding the various things that ought to be done for others' explains common pursuit: within this, in things that are in accordance with the Dharma, the bodhisattva joins in; in things that are not in accordance with the Dharma, the bodhisattva does not join in. From 'being well able to restrain' down to 'relinquishing as soon as it arises' explains beneficial action.
