初云：種姓菩薩乃至性與如是白法相應者，景云：十信已前性種菩薩若不起於四隨煩惱，即起有漏施戒等行名為白法，亦可已入十信習種菩薩，如是白法或起不起。

Regarding the first, which states: 'A bodhisattva of the gotra...' up to 'by nature associated with such pure dharmas', Jing says: If a bodhisattva belonging to the gotra of nature prior to the ten faiths does not give rise to the four secondary afflictions, then they give rise to tainted practices such as giving and morality, which are called 'pure dharmas'. Alternatively, it may refer to a bodhisattva belonging to the gotra of practice who has already entered the ten faiths, whose pure dharmas of such kinds may either arise or not arise.
